This position reports to the Director, Management Information Group and will be based on the Company’s South Brunswick, N.J. campus.
Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for day-to-day functional management of PeopleSoft EPM including nVision reports, queries, Forecast and Budget ledgers, allocations and Tree Manager
Serve as administrator of TM1 budgeting and reporting tool for the business including data reconciliation, TI and rule review, oversight of overnight stream and overall system troubleshooting
Data management in both PeopleSoft and TM1.
Partner with FP&A and other Finance teams to ensure all business reporting requirements are met and reports are delivered in a timely manner.
Ensure the delivery of support that is consistent with end user expectations.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of Budget and Forecast ledger in PeopleSoft.
Build, maintain and monitor nVision reports and queries. Build and maintain sophisticated Excel tools which interact with nVision reports using Visual Basic.
Build, maintain and monitor TM1 reports.
Build, maintain and monitor allocation steps in PeopleSoft for product level and business unit allocations.
Maintain and monitor reporting environment in Cognos
Special projects as assigned to improve automation within the Finance function.
Work closely with process owners (specific task owners), building relationships and helping them to take accountability and responsibility for successfully delivering to plan
Bring a continuous improvement mindset, and creatively challenge and seek innovative ways to accelerate project timelines and reduce cost while keeping service levels high.
Requirements
5+ years of progressive experience with TM1 and PeopleSoft Financials
Experience creating nVision reports and scopes, ideally across multiple Business Units
Experience manipulating data and creating queries, Forecast and Budget ledgers, allocations and trees.
Experience administrating TM1 Budgeting and Forecasting system highly desirable.
Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Cognos.
Strong experience creating concise, actionable documents in Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Excellent interpersonal, written, oral and presentation skills.
Project management experience in facilitating the execution of initiatives and managing change.
Ability to quickly build rapport, establish trust, facilitate, influence and develop effective working client relationships
Ability to identify, assess and mitigate risks to project success.
